Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator/Internal Salesperson for our client based in Acacia Ridge.
This position is Full-Time permanent, working a standard 38-hour week.

Our client operates in the ‘Earthmoving, Mining, and Steel Sales’ industry, so a brief understanding or willingness to learn this industry is necessary.
Duties are included but not limited to:
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and by following up leads.
- Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and identify further sales opportunities/
- Enter quotations, sales orders, and workshop orders into a computer system.
- Excellent Customer Service and computer skills.
- A great telephone manner and the ability to respond to phone calls and emails daily.
- The ability to work independently, whilst being part of a team.
- The ability to comprehend engineering drawings.
