• 4 day working week - Afternoon Shift (1:30pm-12am) - Wednesday to Saturday evenings
• Work in a fast paced, supportive and collaborative environment
• Yennora Location ( relocating to the New Moorebank Facility in 2025)

What you'll do

• Liaise with Transport and Despatch teams monitoring progress and status of loads, schedules and strategies
• Updating the Transport Manager on a real-time basis of any operational / service concerns or non-compliance
• Liaising with Shunt drivers ensuring they understand the strategies and requirements on a day to day basis
• Invoicing
• Interstate allocations
• Local allocation

What you'll bring

• Previous transport/loading experience in a target driven environment
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
• Good phone manner and people skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to deliver messages effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
