We are a global leading supplier of comfort footwear in the APAC market. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Analyst to join our operations team at our head office on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, the position responsibilities include inventory management, and assisting in the allocation into our retail locations, distribution and sales/stock analysis across our international businesses.
About you:
- Entry level role, history working in retail would be advantageous
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, vlook ups, sums, sorting, pivot tables, filters etc.)
- Experience with Netsuite an advantage but not required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and analytical & numerical thinking
About the role:
This is a newly created role. As an integral part of the operations team, you will review the day to day inventory position and results of our retail locations, as well as assisting in general with our inventory listings and information in the Netsuite system. Responsibilities include:
- Allocation of stock to retail locations, including own locations and concession
- Ensuring core lines are replenished
- Management of the stock model across stores
- Action consolidations across stores as agreed
- Regular review and reporting on inventory levels
- Coordinate weekly sales reports by store, product performance reports
- Regularly assist stores with stock requests and requirements
