As we extend our reach across Asia and Europe through new partnerships, we are seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be instrumental in overseeing our inventory management and Logistics operations, ensuring efficient stock levels, timely distribution, and optimised logistics processes to support our growing business objectives.
Inventory Management
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal levels.
- Monitor inventory levels using Netstock, track movements, and manage purchasing to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular audits of stock, warehouse capacity, and aged inventory.
- Plan and oversee stock-take processes.
Logistics Management
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
- Handle import/export shipments and related documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics providers.
Supply Chain Optimisation
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Establish product standards and SOPs for consistency.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse Inventory and Logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Proven experience (5 years) in inventory management and Logistics operations, with a track record of successful supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Logistics systems. (Netstock preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Part time, can accommodate school hours 9:00 AM to 15:00 PM.
- In office position.
- Monday to Friday.
