Manufacturing Inventory Assistant

• Up to $34 per hour + Super | Rydalmere Area
• 8am - 4pm Shift | 37.5 hours per week
• Supplier of a niche range of products to the Medical Industry

An opportunity has become available for a candidate from FMCG background or recent Graduate to work with our client who is a subsidiary of a major pharmaceutical brand.

About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader & Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Maintain level of materials in production
• Inventory management
• Labelling and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory
• Documenting and recording stock levels
• Ensure inventory is managed, putaway and disposed of accordingly
• Picking packing, labelling
• ERP system transfers and movement of inventory
• Take enquiries from stakeholders in relation to new orders and pending orders
• Basic administration support
• Assist with master data

About you
Ideally, to be suitable for this opportunity, you will possess the following;

• ASAP Start
• A forklift licence is mandatory
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience working with FMCG or recent supply chain graduate looking for step in their career
• Experience with SAP or similar
• Team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to lift up to 15kg
• Intermediate Excel skills
