As the Inventory Supervisor based in Port Melbourne at first and then will move to Mickleham at a later date, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the inventory for a globally recognised truck manufacturing client. In this position, you'll utilise your expertise to maintain control over customer inventory, ensuring precision and effectiveness in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the integrity of inventory held
* Continuous improvement of inventory processes and procedures
* Identify and investigate all stock discrepancies and report
* Process inventory issues promptly
* Monitor and investigate pallet control transactions
* Work with the Inventory Manager to coordinate stock-takes, cycle counts, and bin checks
* Ensuring quality and safety controls are met
* provide key data for reporting, or where relevant actual reporting
* Conduct cycle count, empty location check and pallet control
Qualifications and Experience:
* 2-3 years of experience in the Logistics Industry as an Inventory Controller or Supervisor
* Proficiency in WMS systems and RF environments
* Excellent customer service, communication, and team management skills
* Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Exceed WMS, etc.)
* OH&S awareness and knowledge of pallet control
* Chep Portfolio or Loscam Online experience preferred (training provided)
