Job Description:
- Analysing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Compiling Stock On Hand reports.
- Maintaining and generating daily reports such as purchase orders, pricing reports and inventory records for Warehouse and local suppliers, reporting on any issues in production meeting (excel based)
- Monitoring and maintaining Bill of Materials, updating records.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Liaising and reporting to vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchased are maintained.
- Liaising with Purchasing and Warehousing team for part shortages and placing orders to replace these, following up any delays.
Do you have experience with:
- Placing stock transfer orders.
- Managing databases of daily urgent parts.
- Chasing missing invoices for Accounts payable.
- Rectifying issues concerning delivery dockets and liaising with accounts payable and local suppliers.
- Arrange pick up and rectify any other part supply issues from production.
- Managing Return stocks.
