An exciting opportunity exists to join our Operations team. DW Tiles is seeking a full-time experienced and dedicated Inventory Controller to join our growing business.
This role requires Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently organise, monitor, and accurately record all inventory movements promptly
- Coordinate with warehouse and complete stock receipts process in system;
- Coordinate with suppliers and update shipment information in system accordingly;
- Initiate and oversee regular stock counts. Analyse, investigate and rectify any stock discrepancies;
- Prepare and generate inventory reports, analyse data, and provide insightful suggestions;
- Follow procedures, prioritise tasks, and ensure accurate, timely and efficient completion;
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximise efficiency
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in detailed inventory database management;
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Capable of efficiently and accurately managing high volumes of information and collating documents accurately
- Experience with an ERP system, Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to effortlessly build rapport with peers, customers, and suppliers
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
