ATS Building Products is one of Australia’s largest importers of building materials, timber, and engineered wood products. We are very proud of our growth and success and attribute much of it to the corporate culture and professionalism of our staff.
The Role:
- Ensuring optimum levels of stock are available to meet sales and customer delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
- Receipt of goods. Reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
- Ensure all stock inventory transactions are completed in accordance with procedures.
- Investigation of discrepancies and completing invoicing requirements
- Assist with cycle counting and stocktakes.
- Provide support for processing return inventory
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
- 2 yrs experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Building Products will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard of work.
- Exceptional computer literacy skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and strong written skills.
