About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to help support our growing team of investment and private wealth associates, managers, and directors!
As an Investment Administrator, you will be a key member of the private wealth team at BlueRock, ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are completed to an excellent standard.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to build their career in investments, or for a seasoned administrative assistant who has a passion for providing a high-level of support to team members and external clients.

BlueRock Private Wealth are specialists in creating wealth through their unique goals based financial planning approach. Our team are responsible for finding solutions for all our clients seeking financial advice. From financial planning to investments to life insurance, BlueRock Private Wealth can help.
We work holistically to create an approach that suits every client’s strategy and personal situation, leaning on the skills and experience of the broader BlueRock community to add value and expertise.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
- Managing client requests and providing excellent customer service
- Handling basic queries and escalating more complex queries to the relevant team members
- Supporting the team with setup for client meetings
- Providing a high-level of administrative support to the investment team
We want to hear from people who have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong written, verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
