Who are we?
Star Business Group (ProStar Joinery) is an importer, manufacturer and supplier of timber joinery products. Our cabinetry and door products are sold all over the country via Australia's largest hardware retailer. Our office and warehouse is currently based in Derrimut.
About the Role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administrator / Receptionist. The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate skills in time management, multi-tasking, customer interface and enjoy performing a variety of office and admin functions. This role is autonomous and requires ability to “self-manage” your day, so time management and organisational skills are a must.
Duties include;
- Front Desk Reception to customers and visitors
- Scheduling and communicating with our Customers and Suppliers
- Providing Customer Care and following up on Client engagements
- Creating templates and writing procedures
- Providing sales and invoicing support
- General ad-hoc duties
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have:
- Exemplary skills in Word Processing, PowerPoint and Excel
- Supportive customer interface and rapport development for visitors and customers
- A high level of interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Maturity in managing sensitive information
- And most importantly – a positive “can do” attitude
