The Role
Your key focus will be managing investment accounts for non-discretionary/bespoke advice outside of the managed account structure. As part of the growth strategy of the business, this role involves integrating the service for those clients seeking a more active role in managing their portfolios.
As a proactive member of the team, you'll actively manage existing client relationships, leveraging internal referrals to expand the client base. You'll conduct thorough client meetings, complete comprehensive profiles, and devise investment strategies tailored to individual needs. Your role will explore alternative strategies, update client profiles, review investment performance, and ensure adherence to investment mandates.
You will have unlimited access to the investment management team for information, ideas and research in support of your investment portfolio construction for clients. This is an advice-led business (beyond transactional trades) where you'll work within a team that drives strong client outcomes.
About You
You are motivated to succeed whilst understanding that your knowledge and service experience delivered to clients is second to none. You have a love and drive for education, client engagement and influencing outcomes. You are an Authorised Rep delivering investment advice today and want to be engaged with people, economics, and financial markets and help build effective client portfolios.
You have the maturity to engage with clients in a manner that gives them confidence in your advice and knowledge of markets/economic environment ensuring you deliver the key messages of a sound investment solution.
