The Client
Redpath Partner's client is a multi-sector specialist Real Estate investor and manager who have assets across Australia and New Zealand. They have a proven track record of repositioning their assets to create value for their customers and stakeholders.
  
The Role
This is an opportunity to join an expanding business and work with tier one global capital partners. Main responsibilities include:

• Analysis and asset management reporting in the Office sector.
• Undertake analysis of potential investment opportunities including modelling of various asset strategies to enhance returns.
• Monitor and report on existing portfolio investment management strategies.
• Assist in preparation of reports (financial, portfolio and market) for key internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in responding to ad-hoc investor queries and provision of financial models.
• Supporting the effective execution of the disposal and acquisition of Office assets.  
• Assist in the procurement of asset and portfolio debt facilities including managing RFI’s.
• Maintain and share market knowledge of the Industrial sector within the wider business.

Skills and Experience
You will be looking to join a fast-paced environment with 3-6 years similar analytical experience. You will preferably hold the following:  

• Tertiary qualification in property, finance, or commerce.
• An understanding of property management, development, valuation principles and investment drivers of the real estate sector, as they apply to property investment management and fund strategy.
• Microsoft Excel: Advanced Level.
• Financial Analysis: Highly numerate and competent in financial modelling and analysis.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detailed oriented, with the ability to understand and interpret analysis.
