Partnering with a leading superannuation company with a need for an Investment Risk professional within their oversight, line 2 risk team.
About the role
In this role you will be interacting with key stakeholders within risk management and investment teams.
Responsibilities
- Undertake Second Line monitoring and oversight activities in alignment with agreed focus areas, influencing business decisions.
- Engage with and ensure adequate coverage of key risk areas in Internal Audit programs, facilitating timely remediation.
- Provide specialist advice on designing effective risk controls aligned with Risk Appetite and Fund strategy.

Skills
- 6 + years' experience within a financial services organization.
- Key skills and knowledge in Investment Risk covering market risk, treasury/liquidity risk and counterparty credit risk
- Strong tertiary skills in a quantitative discipline with a focus on financial services, superannuation, risk management etc. - CFA certification desired.
- Strong communication skills verbal/written to present and work across teams.
