We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team and work alongside our key strategists, State Manager & National Sales Director based in our Head Office on the Gold Coast.

In this role your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Database management & Data-entry
- Reporting
- Building PowerPoint presentations
- Communication with clients
- Follow up
- Learn & use Property Investment Analysis program
- Prospecting
- Assisting Consultants with administrative duties
- Build & maintain relationships with current & new clientele
- Diary management/organise appointments
- Attending meetings with consultants
- Participate in sales meetings and training
- Notes & minute keeping
- Personal assistant to National Sales Director & State Managers
