Job DescriptionColliers is expanding and looking for an experienced commercial
Sales Executive to join our highly successful
Investment Sales team. Based in our Gold Coast office, you will be part of a successful team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to transact a variety of commercial property assets.
Key responsibilities include:- Delivering best practice marketing submissions
- Developing and implementing sales campaigns
- Actively pursuing new appointments from private, corporate and government clients
- Achieving revenue targets
QualificationsTo be considered for the position you will ideally possess:
- Minimum 2 years commercial agency experience on the Gold Coast
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Proven track record in commercial sales or leasing
- Would benefit from tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related discipline but not essential
- Understanding of the local property market, and established network of clients
- Integrity and exceptional communication skills
- Be a team player and performance driven
