Investor Relations Global Events Manager
We are looking for an Investor Relations Global Events Manager to join our Investor Relations Team in Australia for a 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract.

As an Investor Relations Global Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our relationships with investors and key stakeholders across the wider global business. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent event/project management skills to plan, organise, and execute impactful Global Events that effectively communicate our company's vision, strategy, and financial performance.

What you’ll do
- Event Strategy and Planning: develop, plan and manage the yearly investor engagement strategy to align with our Investor Relations goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless preparation and execution of meetings and events.
- Management of Events: independently manage small to large scale virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings and events including investor and analyst meetings, roadshows and conference attendance for our Senior Leadership team.
- Logistics and Execution: management of budgets, risk assessments, contract negotiation, travel bookings and post event reporting.
- Content Development: support the development of investor related communication materials such as detailed schedules, briefing notes and pre-event materials.
- Administration: support and manage the Investor Relation team administrative tasks
- Prior experience working in Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs or a related field and/or working as a C-Suite EA would be highly regarded.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with key stakeholders.
- Strong event management/organisation, project management and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills, highly organised and attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven to manage your workload.
- Global mindset with experience managing hybrid, virtual and in-person meetings and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
