About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and correctly send reports and invoices to clients

Duties

  • Prompt completion of all administrative paperwork,
  • Interdepartmental communication with Supervisors and Staff
  • Stocktake of office supplies
  • Direct liaison with clients regarding any invoice or reporting discrepancies as required,
  • Meeting client requirements regarding invoicing and reporting
  • Maintaining confidentiality & security of sample reports and invoices
  • Handling special or non-routine jobs that require particular care or special procedures,
  • Liaising with Quality Control Officer regarding any work discrepancies
  • Conducting periodic safety meetings and follow up on any resulting issues as required
  • Liaising with other section leaders to resolve intersectional issues and ensure integrity of client’s samples,
  • Provide support to other invoicing locations
  • Document and maintain procedures and training manuals employed in invoicing,
  • Continual monitoring and development of system requirements and improvements with the aim of improving quality and turn around efficiency,
  • Ensure all PPE is utilized, maintained and kept in stock as required
  • Ensure all policies and procedures regarding quality and OH&S are followed

  • Computer literacy – Microsoft Office skills essential
  • Teamwork skills
  • Literacy and numeracy skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform manual handling
  • Administration experience desirable
