About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and correctly send reports and invoices to clients
Duties
- Prompt completion of all administrative paperwork,
- Interdepartmental communication with Supervisors and Staff
- Stocktake of office supplies
- Direct liaison with clients regarding any invoice or reporting discrepancies as required,
- Meeting client requirements regarding invoicing and reporting
- Maintaining confidentiality & security of sample reports and invoices
- Handling special or non-routine jobs that require particular care or special procedures,
- Liaising with Quality Control Officer regarding any work discrepancies
- Conducting periodic safety meetings and follow up on any resulting issues as required
- Liaising with other section leaders to resolve intersectional issues and ensure integrity of client’s samples,
- Provide support to other invoicing locations
- Document and maintain procedures and training manuals employed in invoicing,
- Continual monitoring and development of system requirements and improvements with the aim of improving quality and turn around efficiency,
- Ensure all PPE is utilized, maintained and kept in stock as required
- Ensure all policies and procedures regarding quality and OH&S are followed

- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office skills essential

- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to perform manual handling
- Administration experience desirable
