We have a number of NDIS disability support plan providers looking for experienced provider invoicing officers to join their teams. We pride ourselves on working with progressive providers with strong values and enterprising outlooks who look after their staff and provide a positive and rewarding working environment.
Candidates with experience in NDIS accounting systems would be highly desirable.
Our clients offer individualised budget management and support to clients to assist them in maximising their plans and providing accurate and timely payment of their participant invoices to providers.
DAY TO DAY…
We are recruiting for multiple positions in WA for 12 months contract roles and permanent positions.
Reporting to the Team Leaders and working as part of a demographic team, this role is responsible for providing quality driven and person-centered plan management services to clients to ensure clients maximise the use of their funding to achieve their disability related goals.
Day to day you will be required to provide quality client-centered service and ensure invoices are process in line with service standards for the business including:
- Processing a high volume of invoices for clients
- Data entry and ensuring discrepancies are corrected
- Problem solving with the client’s best interest in mind
- Support disability service providers to present invoices in line with NDIS standards
- Work with providers ensuring resolutions for client needs
Ideally, we are looking for applicants with experience in Customer Service roles, computer data entry processing, accounts and or invoice processing skills or willingness to learn.
Applicants MUST have the following clearances and systems knowledge in readiness to commence without delay;
- NDIS workers clearance (must)
- Working with Children Checks (must)
- NDIS accounting system experience (desirable)
- Experience in accounts invoice processing
- Strong Customer Service abilities and focus
- Administration skills or experience
- Data entry and accounts processing skills and experience
- Strong computer skills
- Team orientated and works collaboratively
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite skills Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector highly advantageous
