We are currently seeking an IR Specialist for a valued client in the energy sector.
Offered on a 12-month FTC with a possibility of permanency or extension depending on business needs, this highly visible role is open for a quick start for the right candidate.
Reporting into the People Services Manager, this position will have one direct report.
Bring your expertise in IR, EA negotiations and ER together with a background in designing strategy and approach to reforms.
Ideally you will be qualified in employment law and will have facilitated IR changes.
You will be a strong negotiator and possess excellent influencing skills together with sound project management experience.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern and will require some flexibility to travel between sites in Perth.
