About the Role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and dynamic Accounts Management Team within our Caloundra Office. The successful applicant will be welcomed under the guidance of our Business Development Manager.
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated individual to join our dynamic work hard, play hard environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes a proactive, consultative and supportive approach client engagement and strives to gain an in-depth understanding of client needs and challenges. We believe in building strong and ongoing relationships with our partners, and expect the applicant to share this philosophy.
- Is at ease with actively engaging both new and existing customers in a professional, knowledgeable and respectful manner.
- Works closely with the Quo Group team and strives to ensure customer satisfaction by providing one key communication point to customers and enabling a simple path to escalation where required.
- Can prioritise and communicate effectively with our clientele and our Technical team.
- Is able to proactively identify and act where problems arise, engaging early with clients and clearly communicating a path to resolution.
- Ensure a smooth and successful on-boarding experience for new clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Networking and relationship building with existing clients.
- Partner with our technical team to develop and maintain the clients’ business objectives and requirements.
- Understanding client's business needs through regular face-to-face meetings and maintaining open communication channels.
- Maintaining and increasing client satisfaction.
- Building call plans, account strategy, outreach plans and territory plans towards pipeline growth.
- Partner with our Projects Team to ensure successful delivery of projects and act as an SME on client needs
- Frequent reporting to key client stakeholders regarding ticket numbers, project progress and other relevant information.
- Frequent reporting to internal management regarding client relationships and other metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude;
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good time management skills and an ability to take initiative whilst working independently, as well as part of a team;
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail;
- A flexible attitude towards your work and a willingness to take on new skills;
- Computer literacy is essential and competency in Excel, Outlook and Word are expected
- The ability to work independently and deliver on the organisations core values
- Proven success in Client relationships, delivering sales results, account management and proven ability to work with all areas of business.
- Ability to travel
- Experience working in a MSP or in the Cloud Information Technology field is highly desirable.
