We're looking for an energetic IT Sales Coordinator to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, providing administration and sales support to the sales department.
Location: Melbourne
Responsibilities:
- Creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements and preparing reports
- Generating quotes, invoices and purchase orders using internal software
- Assisting team managers with business process development
- Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the IT, Sales and Marketing team members, both in-person and remotely
Requirements:
- A degree or qualification in IT (or related field)
- Proven experience in requirement gathering & analysis, IT service management tools like Jira
- Experience in software testing or development is highly preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
