We are currently on the lookout for an IT Business Analyst. Reporting directly to our IT Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, defining business requirements, and providing recommendations for implementing IT solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

About the Role:
Acting as a liaison between IT and Business, you will ensure our business requirements are understood and successfully translate them into delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with internal staff at all levels including key stakeholders to define requirements for key projects to the business.
- Conduct a thorough analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide a detailed business insight outlining implications, organizational-fit and other considerations to achieve a long-term solution that will work effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the change management process to promote understanding and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Possess a relevant degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics and system development.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- High proficiency with SQL and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- High proficiency in technical writing
