About the facility
Barwon Health is the largest health service in regional Victoria and based in Geelong, it is within commuting range from the west side of Melbourne. With approximately 9,000 employees, 30 sites and a broad range of services, Barwon Health plays a key role in the health and wellbeing of our local community and the Barwon South Western region.
South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a virtual organisation within the south west of Victoria, Australia covering 60,000 square kilometres from Melbourne to the South Australian border, from the coast to 150 kilometres inland. SWARH services all the ICT requirements of its members and customers. SWARH members comprise of public hospitals with customers being non-government organisations, community health centres, bush nursing agencies, medical clinics, pharmacies and other government organisations.
About the role
Based in the Barwon Southwest Region the primary objective of the Customer Support Officer is to provide excellent customer service and IT support to all SWARH Members and Customers. Working as part of a team, the Customer Support Officer will engage with Members and Customers to provide high quality virtual and onsite ICT support across the South West Region whilst meeting overall Service Level Agreement targets.
