As the ICTS Reporting, Risk and Engagement Support Officer you will be responsible for managing the efficient progression and quality assurance of business engagement processes, planning and reporting. This role also provides assistance on risk management, portfolio management, and linkages with ICTS operations.
The ICTS Reporting, Risk and Engagement Support Officer reports to the Manager, Business Engagement.
- Coordinate the establishment of ICTS risk management processes, risk governance and risk reporting across OIR to inform the ICT Portfolio of Work.
- Provide assistance in the formulation and preparation of reports, submissions and briefings as required.
- Support Engagement activities with the OIR Business areas, including the identification of business problems, ICT risks and portfolio opportunities.
- Assist with the identification of Business Requirements, provide assistance in the development of Project Briefs, and contribute to the provision of the ICTS Stakeholder engagement management services and activities.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of Digital Business Plans to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved and being maintained for business in both projects and programs in the ICT Portfolio, and in the ICTS operations program of work.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of methodologies, processes and practices for maintaining data and for producing reports.
