Role Summary:
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with experience in deployment projects? Here's an incredible opportunity to join an esteemed hospitality company as a Level 1 or 2 Field Engineer in Gold Coast. This role begins in March and involves traveling in Queensland and Northern NSW.
About Our Client:
Our client is an international hospitality group, with multiple sites across Australia. They have many sites in Qld and this team supports a large user environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a deployment project team.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Re-imaging PC & Laptops.
- Sync workstations to MS365 & Azure.
Requirements:
- 2+ year's experience in a similar IT position.
- Valid Queensland driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Office 365 & Azure.
- Willing to travel to multiple sites in Queensland.
