SalaryIT Infrastructure Lead - Up to $140,000 + superRobert Half are exclusively partnered with a dynamic player in the retail manufacturing industry; an Australian-owned business with a rich history of innovation and excellence.They're currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join their team, you'll play a key role in providing and safeguarding essential applications, hardware, and information assets for their internal users across their global business.Who You Are: You'll be an experienced Systems Engineer with exposure to team leadership, and strong experience across:Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCPMS ServerM365, Teams & AzureVMWare vSphereCitrixServer InfrastructureNetworkingContinuous improvement of capabilities and processesThe Role:This role reports directly into the Infrastructure Manager, and the primary responsibilities include:Lead & Develop the Infrastructure Team:Manage, mentor and develop team members, increasing their capability and ensuring outcomes and deadlines are met effectively.Assist in the growth of the team by contributing to ongoing recruitment.Maintain internal standards on project deliverables and documentation.Review designs and proposals.Infrastructure delivery and operational support:Design, implement and maintain infrastructure, while delivering on projects and conducting regular system health checks.Oversee upgrades, process improvements and new system installations.Act as a senior escalation point for the IT Support team.Collaborate with internal IT teams and liaise with external vendors.This role offers ongoing guidance, support, and career development opportunities within a longstanding industry leader.
