As the IT Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead a high-performance team, setting and communicating performance objectives.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.

The IT Operations Manager will ideally possess the following:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within IT operations, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience and comprehension of operational environments and processes, showcasing expertise in supporting complex integrated applications.
- Proficient in Incident Management and well-versed in ITIL processes.
- Market knowledge and hands-on experience in delivering and managing retail and technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
