About the role:
As an experienced IT Specialist, you’ll excel in a fast-paced environment and have the freedom to work independently within our supportive team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Being the go-to expert for core non-finance information systems
- Maintaining and improving security for Guardian’s IT systems
- Providing technical support to our business, liaising with vendors, and assisting with IT projects
- Providing high level workflow, integration and interfacing technical support and configuration across core systems
- Monitoring systems and logs for anomalies and maintaining intrusion detection systems
- Developing and implementing ICT security policies and processes
About you:
We’re looking for a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You should have:
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology or similar field
- Strong experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Intune/Configuration Manager
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and processes
- Integration experience with PowerShell scripting and cloud-based telephony systems
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration products like Facebook Workplace or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team or independently
