We’re looking for a driven individual to join the IT Team as an IT Project Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of reporting, scheduling, escalation, tracking and communication functions for the team.
Your contributions
- Assist with the delivery of coordination services for a diverse team of project managers and business analysts working across strategic initiatives and BAU activities.
- Assist with the delivery of communications for the business and project Sponsors for projects and BAU activities undertaken by the team, to both showcase the work undertaken and support delivery.
- Maintain a risks and issues register for applicable projects and BAU activities as required.
- Support the publication of best practice materials to support the team.
- Support colleagues to ensure IT processes and practices are integrated and complementary.
- Support the management of communications with key partners, vendors, and potential partners.
- Provide project administration activities to support reconciliation, vendor management and procurement.

What we are looking for
- Experience within a project-based role within IT.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, or Project Management will be highly regarded.
- Experience in influencing cross-functional collaboration and decision making between senior business leaders and technical SMEs.
- Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
- Experience in and understanding of project development methodologies and standards (preferably PRINCE2).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
