We specialise in DevOps, Cloud Computing, Data, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. Currently, we're seeking a Senior ICT Project Officer to join our dynamic team in Canberra/Sydney.
As the Senior ICT Project Officer, you'll directly support the project manager, handling administrative tasks, monitoring deadlines, and assisting in implementing frameworks. We're looking for someone with a keen interest in ICT projects, strong stakeholder management, time management, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities include planning meetings, recording minutes, maintaining project artifacts, and assisting in project documentation. Expect a diverse role, a collaborative environment that values creative problem-solving, and opportunities for professional development.
We require:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Analytical and reporting skills
Desirable:
- Experience in ICT projects or software development
- Project management qualifications or understanding
- Familiarity with DevOps
