Essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications
· Experience managing and developing a team of IT support staff
· Experience leading event driven ICT teams including rostering of staff
· Experience managing ICT rollouts across multiple sites
· Experience working in an IT Service Delivery (ITSM) environment and designing/implementing IT process improvements
· Expertise in working with internal and external stakeholders and holding regular stakeholder meetings
· Experience working in project based work and knowledge of project management principles
· Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners
· Satisfactory criminal record check result

This role is based in at our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement, but required to be in the office fulltime when an election is being delivered
