Working as a Support IT Client Services Consultant you will work on the front line of assisting a wide range of roles from Head office team to Nurses on the ground caring for our residents. About you: As the newly appointed Support IT Client Services Consultant the knowledge that you have acquired through your work and life experiences will include: Team player, willing to selflessly help others (others will help you back) High levels of attention to details, think check lists and routine tasks. Reliable, you are accountable and take responsibility for your actions. Customer service focus, you enjoy bringing joy to people lives by helping them. Enjoy the learning process. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication (this is a must) Ideally you have an ITIL foundations certification.
