ACH Group is currently seeking a full-time IT Service Desk Officer to join our team at the Mile End location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer ICT Technical support while also playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems.

What you'll do:
- Provide ICT support via onsite visits, phone, remote tools, and off-site locations.
- Resolve issues promptly as the first point of contact.
- Triage, action and assign Service Desk requests efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and in person.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Support Digital Services Team improvement efforts.
- Manage Office 365 environments effectively.
- Engage with third parties for optimal outcomes.
You will have fantastic stakeholder and peer relationship skills and capable of prioritising competing requirements to ensure stable / reliable ICT services for ACH Group, in addition to:
- Ability to install and configure software and hardware.
- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Office suites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and remote desktop environments.
- Proficient in Active Directory and user administration.
- Capacity for creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service and exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated interest in advancing a career in ICT Support.
- Effective engagement with third parties for optimal outcomes.
- Having great attention to detail, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Adherence to agreed SLAs in executing tasks.
The successful candidate will need to provide a current Flu Vaccination Statement, an up-to-date COVID vaccination statement and a satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement, in addition to:
- You will hold an ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
- Full Driver's license valid within South Australia
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in ICT support within Australia, with expertise in network and desktop support.
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related field / or currently studying towards
- Networking Foundation Certification or higher
- Microsoft 365 Foundation Certification or Higher
