ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Officer with Team Leadership experience and a strong background in customer experience, Windows 11, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Atlassian Products (JIRA / Confluence) or similar. As the Service Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient incident resolution, and stakeholder management, and autonomy to escalate and resolve requests as needed. The initial contract is until the end of December 2024 with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
    
YOU
To be successful in the role, you will have

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Service Desk or technical support environment.
• Excellent understanding of customer experience principles and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Sound technical knowledge across a range of IT systems, applications, and hardware.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

This role is for night shifts, and the successful candidate will be rostered on a four day on/four day off roster, with shifts commencing at 7pm and concluding the following morning at 7am. Penalty Rates apply for overnight work and public holidays where applicable.
