Our client, a Toowoomba-based Government agency based, is currently seeking a temporary Service Desk Officer – Level 3, to commence immediately for a short-term contract (an initial two month period).
The Help Desk Officer will be the first point of contact and initial point of resolution for technical requests for hardware, software and system services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling internal requests for technical support
- Logging problems, requests and questions
- Analysing, assisting and resolving the incident or requests where possible
- Providing information to enable problem resolution and/or escalating unresolved issues as appropriate
- Administering stock levels of equipment, consumables and general hardware
- Assisting in the installation and maintenance of software, hardware and network systems
