WE ARE HUGO BOSS

Reporting into the Regional Director of Finance, this is an existing role for Australia based in our SEAPAC support office Cremorne. The role involves overseeing the efficient management of IT projects and key initiatives, ensuring they are completed effectively and on schedule. Responsibilities also include managing IT equipment across both retail and office environments, and handling setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network, server, and backup systems in both settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you can expect:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Delivering the IT business plan for HUGO BOSS Australia
• Ensuring the service desk for HUGO BOSS Australia, is managed in line with the IT Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Monitoring IT systems, server & network infrastructure where required managing issues through to completion
• Providing relevant and effective coaching and training of IT processes & systems (hardware use / systems use etc) to stakeholders
• Revising, devising, and executing IT policy and procedure

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

YOUR PROFILE

• 2 years of experience in IT service desk at a minimum
• Results driven
• Demonstrable outstanding time management skills
• Addresses issues quickly, ensuring minimal impact to the business
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in computer technology
• Has extensive project management experience
• Has proven ability to lead individuals and teams
• Previous experience with SAP will be an advantage
