Elevate your career in an environment where your ideas matter, your growth is nurtured, and your potential is limitless.As a IT Support Engineer within our Procurement and Support team this goal of this role is to support/manage end- users and Infrastructure services located in our Pepperstone offices to meet Pepperstone business requirements. You will be providing a mixture of 1st and 2nd level support, proactive support as well as participation in project activities, and assisting with the day-to-day operations to support the growth of Pepperstone initiatives. You will be supporting Pepperstone team members from offices across the globe and get exposure to a dynamic and growing Fintech firm.As our IT Support Engineer, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Responding to 1st and 2nd level technical requests raised via Slack, phone, email, face to face and incident management tool in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with prioritizing, scheduling and escalating incidents to appropriate channels
• Using your strong understanding of Microsoft and Google EUC related technologies to build and support a complex and distributed EUC environment
• Building and updating the desktop standard operating environments including software and application change and release management
• Documenting and educating end users with the objective of resolving incidents at first contact and reducing recurring calls
• Monitor the performance of EUC devices and provide recommendations to ensure the effectiveness SOE & Hardware
• Occasional out of office hours maintenance visits to assess technical issues or implement new solutions
• Occasional site visits to other Pepperstone office locations to assist with EUC support.

About you

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications/Experience in Windows desktop environments
• Certifications/Experience in Google desktop environments
• Experience in a EUC administration and support role
• Demonstrated experience in the administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune)
• Experience on Operating system deployment related issues
• Knowledge on decommissioning and disposal of IT Assets.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of Mac operating system.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
• Committed to further learning and development

• Nice to have: Relevant AWS certifications
