We're looking for a motivated Support Engineer (L2 - L3) to join our fast growing and high performing team. We're a people focused MSP as the Service Delivery team is the key to our success.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support to our diverse client base. This critical role assists in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems by efficiently resolving complex technical issues, delivering proactive support, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, remote assistance, or on-site visits.
- Exposure to many different operating environments and client solutions.
- Responsible for managing local infrastructure as well as managing both private & public cloud environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade cyber security and cloud based offerings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and network issues across a variety of IT environments.
- Proactively monitor clients environments including networks and servers
- Document and track all support activities using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of new systems, applications, and network devices as per clients' requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and technologies to provide the highest level of support and service to our clients.

To be successful in this position, you must have:
- 2/3+ years of experience in a highly technical environment
- Previous MSP experience using industry tools to monitor and manage clients
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint and Azure knowledge and experience
- Firm understanding of Cybersecurity solutions and various Cloud based technologies
- Sound understanding in maintaining Windows Server and Desktop environments
- Ability to work well in a small collaborative team whilst having the ability to work independently
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
- Must be a Citizen/Permanent Resident and hold an Australian driver's licence
