We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our consulting client’s team onsite at their Manufacturing client. In this role, you will provide technical assistance across various areas, relieving the workload from the IT team and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, sort, filter, and transform data from JDE systems
- D365 System Setup & Support: Assist users in setting up and configuring D365 systems and provide first-line support
- Project Administrative Duties: Schedule meetings, handle access requests, and collaborate with project teams
- Miscellaneous IT and Systems Support: Address ad-hoc IT-related user queries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- User Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT environments in IT support and customer service roles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Working knowledge of database environments
- high-level understanding of DevOps and D365
Terms
- Work Arrangement: Full-time role, on-site presence required 2-3 days per week, with WFH the other 2 days per week. Office based in Western Sydney.
- Contract length: Start late March (but can wait for right person to give notice) running up until the end of December 2024 with potential to extend
- Rate: Up to $620 including super per day
