Position Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in our team, leveraging your technical expertise to provide exceptional support to our clients and partners. From managing system documentation to implementing advanced solutions, your contributions will directly impact our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and partners to propose technical solutions and address inquiries.
- Develop, fix, and optimize forms using SurveyJS and handle form automation.
- Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure, utilizing CloudWatch for log monitoring.
- Integrate and manage 3rd party APIs such as Xero, Stripe, and Google Maps.
- Manage document lists and apply technical and domain knowledge to determine document applicability.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Assess new technologies for adoption and implementation.
- Apply software engineering principles to analyze and design solutions.
- Provide assistance to clients and stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or IT engineering roles.
- Familiarity with the MobilityDesk system or similar.
- Basic understanding of the Australian Immigration System and visa process (the application is focused on this).
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical processes to stakeholders.
- Ability to critically evaluate system-level entities and propose solutions.
