About the Position
You will be part of a team whose goal is to grow the IT capability of our business to benefit our patients, Doctor referrer network and employees. This is critical to our business success, given our commitment to open new practices and increase the capability of our existing locations. This means you will have exposure to a wide variety of opportunities to develop your skillset. You will be joining a high performing team, who are committed professional development and reward innovation.
You will be responsible for providing support to all PRP users. You will monitor business applications and infrastructure to ensure IT service delivery and escalate issues as they arise. You will conduct user training to ensure that our employees are able to effectively utilise our IT capability. You will configure, deploy and maintain a vast range of equipment and will participate in a variety of IT projects.
About You
You must have a Diploma or higher IT qualification and have experience working in a Service Desk environment or similar field. You will have a strong understanding of PCs, operating systems, Office 365, networking and experience using Jira preferred. You must have strong communication skills, particular with regards to understanding user issues and providing a resolution. You must have an excellent understanding of technical issue resolution workflow and systems, and the ability to manage multiple IT requests whilst prioritising your workload.
Experience in VMWare, Dell server hardware, Windows Server & Active Directory administration is an advantage.
As you will be required to visit our practice locations you must have a current driver's licence and vehicle.
