IT Support Officer - $70k + super + NFP Benefits
Robert Half are exclusively partnered with a longstanding Not-For-Profit organisation working in the disability and aged care support sector. They are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to act as the first point of contact for any on-site support issues and take escalations from their outsourced helpdesk. Responsibilities:
- Respond to Service Desk tickets promptly, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Provide end-user support through various channels, including face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Maintain and enhance work instructions to facilitate application usage.
- Resolve internal support requests spanning Level 1, 2 & 3.
- Document issue resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors for escalation when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven Service Desk Support Officer experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and inclusivity appreciation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
- Passion for excellent service and adaptability.
- Ability to communicate technical issues effectively.
