It Support Officer

 About the role:

Due to growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Level 1 IT SupportOfficer, to become part of our dynamic and expanding team situated in our Mount Waverley Head Office in Victoria.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our busy inbound service desk proving help to internal staff and healthcare providers. Your focus will be on delivering Level 1 technical support, where your exceptional customer service and soft skills are key to excelling in this role

• Promote a methodical mindset, work in a way where you take problems and conversations from chaos to order, in a courteous and efficient manner/
• Give the right attention to detail where it matters, but don't get lost in the weeds - always remembers what the end goal needs to be.

What you will do:

• Take calls, tickets and walk ups, solves as many queries as the front line as possible.
• Ensures that escalations are done in a diligent way, with required troubleshooting, information capture done before moving the ticket to the right team.
• Work across a wide range of technology, including laptops, desktops, medical equipment, on-prem, cloud and deal appropriately and carefully with patient information.
