The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated tech-savvy IT Junior to join the team part-time. This role would mostly be suited for a university student wanting to grasp all-round IT experience, mainly networking.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Technical system configuration (Routers, cameras and other components) 
• Providing phone, email and remote support to existing customers 
• Answering help desk tickets in a timely manner 
• Assisting with projects where applicable 
• Occasional weekend and after-hours work 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience 

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service-related position. 
• Experience working with network devices preferable 
• Strong documentation, communication and customer management skills 
• Problem-solving ability
