This is an excellent opportunity based at our Milton office in Brisbane, for an IT technical support person to join our team in a full-time permanent position within a national not-for-profit organisation. Role purpose:The IT Support Officer is the first point of contact for all Diabetes Australia technical support requirements. A strong focus on internal customer service and the ability to quickly resolve level 1 and 2 technical issues is crucial. You will be expected to manage the IT ticketing system and escalate issues to other IT officers. Key responsibilities:Provide support to clients through the IT 'Help Desk'Manage IT facilities and asset managementConfiguration and maintenance for thin client, SOE desktop and laptop computers.Manage the Network appropriately.Assist in managing the Windows server infrastructure.Provide administration and support of ERP software.Manage and monitor the backup system and business resumption procedures.Prepare documentation of support procedures.SharePoint administration.Email system administration.Telephony provisioning, administration and maintenance.Security patches and antivirus software management.Work in a team environment and complete tasks in a timely manner and meet strict deadlines. Required capabilities:Demonstrated experience in interaction and providing IT support to the end users in multiple environments, including providing remote support to a large volume of users.Demonstrated experience and understanding of IT ticketing systems.Demonstrated experience in the management of Azure Active Directory including user, contact and group management.Hands-on approach and the ability to multitask requestsThe ability to work autonomously.Highly desirable:Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint and Exchange OnlineExperience/knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 356 and Business CentralExperience/knowledge in Cyber SecurityPlease be advised National Police Checks are a mandatory requirement to work at Diabetes Australia and we appreciate your cooperation.
