Due to multiple ongoing initiatives, APCD have several, immediate start for IT Field technicians in the Melbourne area providing field support to APCD's Client base
Role Description
- Experience in providing ICT end user support through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop and face-to-face,
- Applying a logical, methodical, analytical approach to identify and resolve software, hardware and network problems,
- Diagnostic assessment and replacement of faulty module(s) and/or component(s),
- Management of service levels,
- Accurate updating of CRM systems
- Networking
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1-3 years in working in ICT environment with solid experience in servicing PC's, Printer's, Server's or Networks.
- Demonstrable command of computing, operating systems, applications (work processors, spreadsheets and databases)
- Excellent team player
