Your day to day will include:
- Remote & Onsite troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues;
- Managing ongoing maintenance contracts with clients;
- Deploying, supporting and maintaining IT products & solutions;
- Collaborating with clients to better understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
About You:
- Passionate about technology and constantly aspiring for new ways to improve;
- Have 1-2 years or greater of field experience with demonstrated capabilities;
- Positive approach to customer service with a focus on the client's experience;
- Adaptable to challenging situations and changing business demands;
- Passion to learn new and engaging technologies;
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills;
- Previously attained some form of Industry certification, Microsoft, Cisco or Equivalent tier 1 vendor;
