Salary range $106,534 - $128,897 plus 11% superannuation – VPS Grade 5
Based in Melbourne CBD with occasional travel to Ballarat, with hybrid working arrangements available

The opportunity
The IT Systems Administrator's role is to provide technical support, development, and management of computer systems to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. The IT Systems Administrator also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace technology Services, you will be responsible for:
Administering and monitoring SRO devices, including PCs, laptops, and tablets and their applications.
Providing up to 3rd level service requests and incident and problem management services in accordance with agreed service levels.
Documenting relevant solutions and outcomes including progress reports.
Assisting with maintenance and enhancement of security operations in alignment with directives.
Contributing to continuous improvement of software development best practices.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong background in Windows 10/11 covering both desktops/laptops and Windows servers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of virtualisation and ITIL.
General knowledge of O365, Azure, and Cloud.
Self-management and communication skills.
Well-developed all-rounder and a team player.
