IT Systems Analyst / Developer

We are looking for an organised and motivated IT Systems Analyst to assist with the implementation of new systems and procedures to optimise and automate our business processes.

This is not a standard position comparable to enterprise organisations with large teams. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee, manage, and implement all new software systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager and key employees to establish standardized workflows and processes.
• Identify and document necessary documentation.
• Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between key employees to ensure alignment and understanding of the "why" and "how" of
• process improvements.
• Engage with key employees to understand their roles and challenges and actively seek solutions.
• Utilise IT solutions and tools to optimise and automate processes including Zapier, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Process Street.
• Implement various systems such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Process Street, Property Management Systems, and others.
• Code, test, and deploy new systems as required using Microsoft technologies.

Mandatory:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Process Street.
• Microsoft 365 (Windows and Office).
• Electronic signature apps.
• Full Working Rights (minimum a permanent resident)

Desirable Experience:

• Dynamics CRM 365 Sales is a highly well-regarded skill (a very important skill to possess).
• Microsoft SQL (to write queries).
• Power BI.
• Exposure to the Real Estate Market is a plus.
• Previous experience as a software developer is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in process improvement, business process analysis workflow design and
• implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements with key outcomes delivered.
• Familiarity with real estate industry processes and workflows is a plus.
• Experience with process mapping and implementation of improvements.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset.
